- Curd - 1 cup
- Pomegranate Seeds - ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Magicleaf Stevia - ½ tablespoon
- Roasted cumin powder - ¼ tablespoon
- Red chilli powder - ¼ tablespoon
- Coriander (chopped)
- Green chili (chopped) - 1
Preparation:
- Start by whisking the curd until smooth.
- Add pomegranate seeds, Magicleaf Stevia, salt, green chili, cumin powder, and red chili powder to whisked curd. Make sure to mix well.
- Pour the raita in serving bowls.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Serve chilled.
