This concentrated extract is then mixed with water, without the use of any harmful chemicals, to make a natural and calorie-free sweetener.

How is Stevia Powder made?
The leaves of the Stevia plant are steeped in hot water to extract the sweet compounds. The resulting mixture is then filtered to remove any impurities and solid particles. Next, the filtered liquid is purified toΒ remove any residual plant material and other impurities. Finally, the purified liquid is concentrated and subjected to a crystallisation process, where it is cooled until the sweet compounds begin to crystallise out of the solution. The crystals are then separated from the remaining liquid, dried, and ground into a fine powder.
