- Sooji- 100 gms
- Magicleaf Stevia- 50 gms
- Ghee- 75 gms
- Water- 100-125 ml
Preparation:
- Add ghee in a saucepan and heat it. Follow it up with sooji and cook it on a low flame with continuous stirring.
- On parallel, boil water and add Magicleaf Stevia to it to make syrup and let it dissolve.
- After sooji becomes light brown, slowly add the Magicleaf Stevia syrup and stir continuously.
- Make sure no lumping occurs.
- After 10-15 mins of stirring when the halwa is thick, take it off from the flame and let it cool.
- After cooling down, serve medium hot.
